Warranty

iRes Technology - Limited Warranty & Service Policy

iRes Technology Corp. warrants all of its products for one year, starting from the date of purchase in an unused condition. Only the original end user who purchased the equipment is eligible for warranty coverage.

iRes Technology warrants its products against malfunctions or defects in workmanship and material, provided that the product has been used in accordance with the applicable instruction manuals.

Warranty & Liability Exclusions

The warranty becomes Void if the product shows evidence of misuse, neglect, accident, physical damage, alteration from factory condition, improper installation or operation. This warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of nature, crime, lighting strikes, power surges, vandalism, unauthorized repair personnel, or shipping transportation. Routine cleaning and repair for normal wear are not covered.

In no event shall iRes be liable for incidental, accidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. iRes will not be held responsible for losses or damages related to the possible malfunctioning of its product.

Service Policy

Products requiring service within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the option of iRes Technology. In the event of replacement, a similar product of equal or greater specification may be substituted for the actual model returned at the discretion of iRes.

Service will be carried out provided that the following process criteria is met:

1.Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling / emailing / faxing the customer service department at iRes Technology. A representative will attempt to help resolve the problem before issuing a RMA. For contact details visit: www.irestechnology.com/contactus

2.The product must be securely packed in its original packaging with all supplied accessories included. The RMA number is required on the shipping label and proof of product purchase plus an explanation of the problem must be enclosed.

3.Product is shipped to the Buffalo, NY warehouse location (freight Prepaid). Shipping charges, insurance and incidentals are not covered by iRes. COD packages will be refused.

4.Returned product is inspected by service staff to confirm the existence of a problem covered under warranty. If the unit is deemed to be defect-free it will be returned to sender, at the sender's expense.

5.Repaired product is shipped back to sender prepaid at the expense of iRes.

30 Day Money Back Policy

iRes Technology will credit the price of your purchase if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging with all parts and documentation included. RMA number must be obtained and applied on such shipments. A restocking charge of 20% may be applied if equipment returned is incomplete or not in resalable condition (at the discretion of iRes).

Relevant State & Security Legislation

Legislation regarding the use of video surveillance may vary between states / provinces / countries. Please check applicable legislation in your territory before monitoring and recording video / audio with respect to issues of privacy and consent.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Certain items in this warranty could be prohibited by local legislation.
